1. What is the Tudo Feltro ® Returns Policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Tudo Feltro ® ONLINE, please return it to us. You can return any item purchased at Tudo Feltro ® ONLINE within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you want to return a set that originated an offer, all items must be returned. When received, all articles are properly analyzed and will only be accepted after verification of their conformity.
2. What is the return policy for products purchased for promotion?

3. How can I return my Tudo Feltro ® Online order?
The Customer purchasing any Tudo Feltro ® product through the site may exercise its right of free resolution pursuant to article 11 of D.L. 24/2014, of February 14th. The right of withdrawal provided for in the preceding paragraph shall be exercised within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the client, by communicating his intention to the email geral@tudofeltro.com or by completing and sending the application form attached to these conditions. In case of resolution, the Customer shall keep the articles and products purchased in order to be able to return them, within a period of 30 days from the date of their receipt.

The article must always be accompanied by the invoice, only being accepted returns of articles in the same state in which they were sent and without any sign of use. Once the right of resolution has been exercised under the terms of numbers 1, 2 and 3 above, Tudo Feltro ® will refund to the customer the price paid without any expenses or charges for this, being the refund made through the same form of payment. If there are previous shipping costs, they will not be included. As well as all expenses derived from sending the returned items, which are exclusively the customer's responsibility.

- Complete the Return Form. Enter the references of the articles you wish to return and state the reason for the return. Please note that if the form does not accompany the return, your refund will be issued later as all the information contained in it is essential for the processing of the refund.

However, we safeguard that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be made to the material received, with a maximum duration of 15 days. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be available in your account and we suggest contacting your bank directly for more information.

It is not possible to return an item purchased at Tudo Feltro ® ONLINE from an official store or authorized reseller. Please return all orders to Tudo Feltro ® ONLINE in accordance with our return policy. The liability for damages or losses of returns can not be attributed to Tudo Feltro ® ONLINE. Please contact the courier service of your choice.
8. What happens if I want to return my Kit or Pack?
The Kit or Pack is the purchase of a set of products with price benefit, as such can not be returned separately. Returns are only valid with the presentation of the purchase receipt. It is not allowed to return only part of the set. See our return policies for more information.
